- Project Handover Pack – includes all paperwork arranging for Occupancy Permit Application, Handover pack preparation for client, Final walk through management and Handover Presentation to client.
- Subdivision Administration Pack – includes co-ordinating on behalf of developers for the subdivision of multi-unit developments. Timing of subdivision is crucial if the Developer is selling the properties off the plan so it can settle on time. This comprehensive service includes liaising with council, referral authorities, builders and lawyers to ensure all documents are delivered in a timely fashion.
